Documentary portrait of a catering teacher
Project description
This audiovisual project aimed to highlight the daily life and passion of a catering teacher in a vocational high school. Through this 2m30 documentary, I wanted to show the challenges and joys of passing on culinary expertise. On this project, I was the boom operator and did the editing.
Objectives
- Capture the essence of the catering teaching profession
- Show the pedagogical relationship with students
- Promote the vocational catering sector
- Create emotional and authentic content
Methodology
- We produced a production brief before shooting an interview. We returned to shoot B-roll footage. The editing was designed to create a dynamic rhythm.
